Learn to Train project addresses the identified need for youth workers to enhance their competences in preparing, implementing, and evaluating training sessions. The project involves 25 youth workers from Cyprus, Romania, Spain, Poland, and Italy. The project aims to strengthen the skills of youth workers in the following areas:
Trainer Competencies: Gain knowledge about the essential competences of a good trainer, understand the complexities of preparing a training session, and become more aware of the role and impact of a well-prepared non-formal method.
Communication and Animation Skills: Improve their communication and animation skills, learn to conduct debriefing sessions, and develop their ability to evaluate a training session.
Confidence in Training: Gain more trust in their ability to train others, understand their strengths, and become open to non-formal learning methods.
