EU Teams for EU Dreams aims to enhance the team management and team development competencies of youth workers who engage with groups of young people. The project addresses the core issue of insufficient skills in team formation, conflict management, and effective communication among youth workers. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of team dynamics, learning to implement non-formal team and trust-building methods, manage conflicts, facilitate communication, delegate tasks, and boost motivation. By the project’s conclusion, participants will have developed a proactive attitude, increased confidence, and strengthened motivation to create and deliver sessions that respond to the needs of young people.
