Learn to Create New, Fun, and Exciting METHODS in NFE! focuses on enhancing the skills of youth workers by deepening their understanding of non-formal education (NFE) and its impact on youth development at local, regional, and international levels. The project helps participants gain knowledge about Erasmus+, Youth-Pass, project writing, and the eight key competences, with a particular focus on addressing the needs of disadvantaged youth. The project aims to strengthen self-confidence, encourage the creation of new Erasmus+ projects, and motivate others to engage in lifelong learning and NFE practices.
The training course uses non-formal education methods to create an engaging learning environment, allowing youth workers to develop practical methods for motivating young people and engaging community involvement. Participants also worked directly with a local high school, demonstrating their NFE methods and promoting Erasmus+ and non-formal education.
