D’Driven aims to promote deaf awareness and enhance the inclusion and participation of Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) individuals in society and the labor market. The project focuses on creating and disseminating materials and activities at local, regional, national, and European levels to promote a positive shift in attitudes among employers and employees toward people with disabilities.
The project’s mission is to create a new social reality where DHH individuals are empowered to achieve personal growth, career development, and workforce equality, contributing to a more inclusive and equitable society.
