The “Level Up Your Leadership Skills” training course, held from 2-9 May 2023 in Paphos, Cyprus, aimed to empower youth workers by equipping them with essential leadership knowledge and practical skills. Designed to address the challenges of modern leadership in a world full of distractions and mixed values, the project helped participants enhance their understanding of leadership roles, styles, and benefits while developing key competencies such as communication, team building, decision-making, and management. Tailored for youth workers, trainers, teachers, and volunteers over the age of 18, the course emphasized the importance of confident planning and effective youth engagement to inspire meaningful change in their communities. Facilitated by experienced trainers with over five years of Erasmus+ expertise, the program promoted leadership growth, improved professional practices, and empowered participants to motivate and connect with young people while enhancing their job satisfaction and sense of purpose.
