Blue4Youth aims to enhance youth engagement in social and democratic life across Europe by encouraging participatory activities and capacity building among youth stakeholders, including policymakers, researchers, practitioners, and youth representation structures.
Guided by the European Union’s Renewed Youth Strategy (2010–2018) and the Council of Europe’s Agenda 2020, Blue4Youth seeks to reshape youth policies by identifying and overcoming barriers to active political participation. Through participatory initiatives, it empowers young people to become dynamic forces for democratic participation, equality, and civic responsibility, contributing to a more inclusive and engaged European society.
