Make It Happen aims to enhance the competencies of 28 youth workers and 7 partner organizations in the complex planning and development of high-quality Youth Exchanges, covering all phases from initial idea to follow-up. Participants will gain practical knowledge in needs assessment, problem tree analysis, setting SMART objectives, implementing non-formal education workshops, and effective dissemination strategies. Through this initiative, youth workers will become more proactive and confident in designing impactful activities, while partner organizations will strengthen their capacity for international youth work and foster long-term partnerships for future Erasmus+ projects.
