Second Life EVS is a 6-month European Voluntary Service (EVS) project coordinated by IEEN in Cyprus, with the involvement of two volunteers from the Centre Regional Information Jeunesse Normandie Rouen. The project focuses on promoting the use of second-hand objects as a tool to develop basic entrepreneurship skills, respect the environment, and address the inter-generational gap present in Cyprus and beyond.
Drawing on the results of a successful pilot project run by IEEN over the last five years, the project provides volunteers with valuable insights into sustainable practices while fostering social inclusion and youth empowerment. Through hands-on activities, participants will contribute to raising awareness about environmental sustainability and entrepreneurship, creating a positive impact on both local communities and society at large.
