IEEN operates under the strategic guidance of a dedicated Board of Directors composed of Filios Savvides (President), Marina Polycarpou, and Romina Sampanai. The Board ensures that the organization remains mission-driven, financially sustainable, and responsive to the evolving needs of young people.
To ensure both quality and transparency, IEEN follows a participatory governance model. Monthly coordination meetings allow the organization to continuously monitor progress, resolve challenges, and keep all activities aligned with IEEN’s vision.
