Welcome to the Youth Employment Training Foundation (YETF)! Based in Nicosia, Cyprus, we are a dynamic, leading educational non-profit organization whose mission is to provide young people with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed in today’s changing world.

Who We Support

We are passionate about breaking barriers and opening doors for young people aged 15+ who face obstacles in education and employment. Our focus includes:

  • NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training)
  • Early school leavers
  • Youth and adults from rural areas
  • Asylum seekers and refugees
  • Individuals with mal-adaptive behaviors
  • Students in STEAM and emerging industries
  • People with disabilities or neurological conditions (e.g., Multiple Sclerosis)
  • Members of the LGBTQ+ community
  • Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals

What We Do

At YETF, our impact speaks louder than words. Since our beginning, we’ve empowered thousands of people and changed countless lives. Here’s how we’re creating better futures:

  • Equipping NEETs and early school leavers with cutting-edge digital tools, career-building strategies, eco-conscious business practices, and leadership skills
  • Providing specialized training for people with disabilities or chronic conditions.
  • Pioneering circular employment and entrepreneurship initiatives such as Toys with Purpose, a project that upcycles old toys to benefit local charities.
  • Hosting signature events, such as Creating Inclusive Workplaces in Europe, that bring together policymakers, companies and universities to advocate for real-world change.
