- [SignMeIn](https://yetf.cy/project/signmyrighttoinclusiveemployment/): As part of efforts to raise awareness among employers in Cyprus, as well as the wider public, we are pleased to share further information about the project SignMeIn – Signing My Right to Inclusive Employment. The project is co-funded under the EUPP5 – EU Presidency Project 2024–2026, with the support of the European Union. In Cyprus, the project is carried out by CARDET. in collaboration with YETF.

Designed to address the challenges of modern leadership in a world full of distractions and mixed values, the project helped participants enhance their understanding of leadership roles, styles, and benefits while developing key competencies such as communication, team building, decision-making, and management. Tailored for youth workers, trainers, teachers, and volunteers over the age of 18, the course emphasized the importance of confident planning and effective youth engagement to inspire meaningful change in their communities. Facilitated by experienced trainers with over five years of Erasmus+ expertise, the program promoted leadership growth, improved professional practices, and empowered participants to motivate and connect with young people while enhancing their job satisfaction and sense of purpose.
- [Make it Happen](https://yetf.cy/project/make-it-happen/): Make It Happen aims to enhance the competencies of 28 youth workers and 7 partner organizations in the complex planning and development of high-quality Youth Exchanges, covering all phases from initial idea to follow-up. Participants will gain practical knowledge in needs assessment, problem tree analysis, setting SMART objectives, implementing non-formal education workshops, and effective dissemination strategies. Through this initiative, youth workers will become more proactive and confident in designing impactful activities, while partner organizations will strengthen their capacity for international youth work and foster long-term partnerships for future Erasmus+ projects.

The project seeks to equip young adults with MS with resources, information, and tools to help them stay in the workforce longer while raising awareness and educating employers on providing necessary accommodations.

The project focuses on creating and disseminating materials and activities at local, regional, national, and European levels to promote a positive shift in attitudes among employers and employees toward people with disabilities.
- [ECOAGE: Intergenerational solidarity towards an ecological life in Cyprus](https://yetf.cy/project/ecoage-intergenerational-solidarity-towards-an-ecological-life-in-cyprus/): The primary goal of ECOAGE is to empower older adults from Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot communities to become environmental mentors to the younger generation by having an active role in inter-generational efforts on sustainable environmental practices in their own communities, while fighting the impact of the loneliness pandemic in older age.Our main project’s objectives are to empower older adults to be socially active by sharing historically environmentally-friendly practices with children and young adults, enhance their hard and soft skills in mentorship, hence increasing their confidence, participation in the society and sense of usefulness, revive and promote the adoption of old and environmentally-friendly practices across the younger generations and empower and promote senior entrepreneurship.
- [EU Teams for EU Dreams](https://yetf.cy/project/eu-teams-for-eu-dreams/): EU Teams for EU Dreams aims to enhance the team management and team development competencies of youth workers who engage with groups of young people. The project addresses the core issue of insufficient skills in team formation, conflict management, and effective communication among youth workers. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of team dynamics, learning to implement non-formal team and trust-building methods, manage conflicts, facilitate communication, delegate tasks, and boost motivation. By the project’s conclusion, participants will have developed a proactive attitude, increased confidence, and strengthened motivation to create and deliver sessions that respond to the needs of young people.

Coordinated by IEEN (Cyprus) with six partner organizations from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Lithuania, Croatia, and Malta, the project focuses on developing the participants' competence in project writing and implementation.

The project focuses on promoting the use of second-hand objects as a tool to develop basic entrepreneurship skills, respect the environment, and address the inter-generational gap present in Cyprus and beyond.
